Our corporate office, including our convenient drive-up window, is located at 1100 Commercial Ave in Cairo IL.  We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  In addition, after-hours payments may be left in the night depository located at the drive-up window area.
 
We also have a collector in Dongola, IL.  Stop by General Hardware and Supply at 120 NE Front and make your payment.
 
Payments may be made by mail anytime.  Please include your account number on your check.  Payments should be sent to:  Cairo Public Utility Company, PO Box 591, Cairo IL  62914.

Other Payment options include:

Direct Pay

You can sign up to have your CPUC bill taken directly from your checking or savings account each month with Direct Pay.  Call the office for more information or download form to mail in.
 
Budget Billing
 

Cairo Public Utility offers Budget Billing.  Pay the same amount every month.  You must have had service for at least a year and not been late with any payments.  Call Barbara or Charles for more information.

 

Credit Card Payment
 
You can arrange for your payment to be automatically charged to your credit card each month.  You will still receive a bill detailing your usage for the month.  However, instead of sending a payment, your credit card is charged automatically on your payment due date.  Contact our Customer Service representative for more information.
