Your meter is scheduled to be read as nearly as possible on the same day each month, thus establishing billing periods of approximately 30 days. We are pleased to offer assistance in making payment arrangements and/or referring you to agencies who may be able to assist you in making payment. Back to TopWhat do I do in the case of a power outage or gas leak?In the event of an emergency, you may contact CPUC by dialing 734-3200 or after hours, weekends, and holidays 734-1803, 734-4128, or 734-2131. Emergency service personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customer Service is on duty from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday.
